Do you have someone on call for the cash register? expand_more

For our customers who use our point-of-sale system, we offer on-call support that extends beyond our normal business hours. As a customer, you can call our support line and will be connected to a technician who will try to assist you.

Please note that your request must be urgent and fall under what is known as an “outage.” Calls that do not fall under this category may be billed to you as the customer.

How does the integration with Fortnox work? expand_more

One example is the cash register and online store, which automatically send the previous day’s sales to Fortnox every night. Another example is the back office, which creates orders and, upon request, sends them to Fortnox for invoicing. From the back office, we can see whether the customer has paid the invoice and what invoice number they received from Fortnox. We have several options for sending accounting data. Some of our customers use active/dormant VAT when making entries. If you use our inventory system, the cost of goods is sent to Fortnox every night to reduce the inventory value. Here, we can work with you and your accounting firm to determine the best option and provide support along the way.
